I have had Sprint (4 years) and ATT (just recently because I wanted an Iphone). Currently I am with ATT and by far I wish I wasn't in contract with them! Internet on the phone is terrible! my friend has a HTC Hero and its badass!! Sprint's custoemr services isnt the best but what im looking for is quality. Plus theyre plans are way cheaper than Verizon/ATT/T-mo. $$ is what matters to me baby! jus make sure u get a good rep when u call sprint..they are out there!

I've been a sprint data connect customer for just over a year now.. I also have an iphone 3g through work (don't get me started on that). I have far better coverage and speed with sprint than AT&T (in San Francisco, San Jose, Dallas, NYC, Atlanta, Boston, Seattle, Houston & Chicago). I also have less cutouts with Sprint. Now don't get me wrong, Sprint has the absolute worst customer service ever. but as long as you don't have much of a problem or don't have to contact customer service, it's fine. AT&T does has better customer service, but their service where ever I go just tends to not be very reliable.

Too bad Sprint's customer care team is still by far the worst ever. And I want to see the tests that claim Sprint has the most dependable network. They go from being at the bottom to the top in a few months? Yeh right!
