I have a solar ac distribution company that I started May of 2010. We distribute to ac companies as well as solar companies a Sedna Aire solar ac system. This system costs about the same as a regular top of the line Trane system. The system saves 50-70% of the home or business owners ac electric costs, it also allows us to run customers hot water saving approximately 70% of entire bill. I am looking for an investor with 500k so I can start to open up Texas. You ask a very complicated question. There is no easy or simple formula. I would suggest attending conferences that permit young companies to pitch their business plans. I also suggest working your networks to identify angels that are interested in your space. Hope this helps.
